I don't have a cell phone (wireless phone, mobile phone, whatever). I don't need one. I don't want one. I barely use my landline. (And the main reason I still have the landline is that I get both my Internet service and my digital television service from my local telephone company.)

And so, people think I'm some kind of weirdo deviant freak because I don't have one.

I also don't have a car. No one thinks that is the slightest bit unusual.
